How much tax to pay? It is your choice.
Little or none if you incorporate in the British Virgin Islands.
Your choices are to pay no tax at all by registering as an International Business Company or to pay one percent if you register under the Companies Act, Cap.285.
Why pay tax? Only two reasons:
- So that your company can do busines in the BVI
- So that your company can own property in the BVI
The downside of latter choice is that you lose all confidentiality AND you have to make annual filings of your company’s books as well as directors & shareholders.
